The Savannah African Art Museum assigned a project to the Savannah College of Art and Design Museum Education and Engagement course taught by Dr. James Janson. Our group was assigned to create packets or booklets for seventh graders and teachers in the public school system that provided activities and lesson plans related to the Savannah African Art Museum and the Georgia Standards of Learning for art, history, math, and music.
