L'esprit de Rejet

As our senior year of college approached, we wanted to celebrate our success and rejections with family, friends, and peers. We decided to create a senior show to display work created in and outside the classroom.

As artists, we constantly face rejection. From a bad design
to a job interview that didn’t play out how we expected, rejection is the heart of our creation. Without rejection, we would never learn to grow. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, we accept rejection with open arms and consistently try to do better and be better. This rejection encourages us to refine and master our skills, overcome obstacles, and say “no” to the traditional rules of design. This rejection made us and continues molding us into the artists we are.
